1. Introduction

5.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account with ab33. Where ab33 identifies that a single individual controls multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any outstanding balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals may be forfeited without prior notice. The decision of ab33 in this regard is final.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests will only be approved where: (a) KYC verification has been successfully completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or method-specific limits; and (d) the account is in good standing with no open disputes or investigations.

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with sports or casino outcomes.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Exploiting technical errors, system malfunctions, or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Impersonating any other person, entity, or ab33 representative.
• Placing bets intended to circumvent wagering requirements or qualify for promotions on a systematic basis without genuine recreational intent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ab33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, and written material — is the exclusive intellectual property of ab33 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written consent of ab33.

The ab33 name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial or non-commercial context is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected;

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ab33 is licensed to operate. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated under the platform's operating licence framework.
